An intensive three-day Rifle Operators Course designed to emphasize hands-on training, weapon handling, marksmanship, and real-world scenario exercises to ensure participants are confident and proficient in foundational skills and tactical knowledge necessary to safely and effectively deploy a patrol rifle in the field.

• Apply sound decision-making and tactical skills to effectively employ the rifle during dynamic situations.

• Firearms safety.
• Rifle nomenclature and maintenance.
• Zeroing and ballistics.
• Marksmanship fundamentals.

• Movement and positioning while utilizing cover and concealment.
• Primary to secondary transitions.
• Reloads and malfunction clearing under stress.
• Practical assessments/data collection to further ability to shave time while solving problems.

Required Equipment
• Patrol rifle (AR-15/similar platform) with quality sling
• Duty Rated Handgun with strong side retention holster
• Minimum 1000+ rounds of rifle and 250 rounds handgun ammunition
• Eye and ear protection
• Knee pads and shooting mat advisable
• Duty gear (sling, magazine pouches, etc.)
