Handgun I is a foundational firearms course designed to develop safe weapon handling, marksmanship fundamentals, practical defensive shooting skills, and decision-making under realistic training conditions.

• Manipulation fundamentals
• Identify when to trade and index fundamentals depending on problem(s) by utilizing the Shooter’s Solution.
• Identify and clear common handgun malfunctions.
